  7. stay up late one night and kill them.. kid or dogs. I hate having to clean up garbage in the early morning because of annoying dogs. people should chain them things or get house dogs or something.. so damn annoying.

  8. Yes,this will always be a problem,turned over or capsized garbage containers. The solution to such problems lies in probably securing this specific container to the adjacent post with some form of belt or rope with a latch which/that can be conveniently loosened or opened when the sanitation trucks visit the neighborhood for their regular pick ups.RESPECT!!
