What is wrong here?

For some odd reason when I ordered a patty and Cocobread at JucciPatties there appears to be some kinda problem getting the Patty to fit inside the CocoBread. Maybe its a technical issue or maybe I am doing wrong but something is not right here.

lol I'm so patty deprived I learned to make my own :D Need to find a coco bread recipe now and I'll see if I have that same dilemma
