I dn't even remember where this place is on the world map but dis rice must be real good, especially since its extra fancy!

Gods Child commented: This is the only rice to serve when you make Thai style curry. (One whole can of coconut milk is my secret weapon) you do it like this: simmer a little bit of curry powder in oil in, say, a dutch pot. Then add sugar and salt, and vegetables like chopped onions, sliced red and green peppers, and eggplant (garden egg) if you have it. Remove when just cooked. Then add about 1 pound sliced chicken breast. Sautee. Then add one whole can of coconut milk. Simmer for a while. I don't know, like 20 minutes. Then add back the vegetables. Keep it uncovered so the whole thing can boil down. If you can get fresh basil, add it (a handful) about five minutes before you turn off the fire. Serve over that rice. Gods Child commented: It is a type of African pasta I think. It's really good when you prepare it as directed and then add some roasted/sauteed veggies such as onions, olives, and sweet peppers. It's a great alternative to rice. ... read 7 more
