This summer has to be the hottest summer ever. I mean its been really hot. I have never been forced to use the home A/C so often in my entire life. Maybe its just age or time but WTF. It hot in the day, and in the night. Desert dust is everywhere and the rain has stopped falling. The measurements must be off.

I realise that social media has been stealing my focus. And also my flow state. Everytime I long on to these random pages of chaos my brain restarts in such a way that it seems that I have made zero progress. It is as if I had just woke up but still tired. I definitely need to avoid looking at these platforms and sticking to static offline work/entertainment. Snap out of it.

It is easy to look into the past but see nothing. Then look at the future only to see potential. The reality is that everything exists as a series of actions that only exist in the present. You are currently living your past. The future doesn't exist. Thinking about future is merely day dreaming away the present.
