I dont remember where I saw it but I was enjoying RiseOTTR then browsing amazon wondering what other late gen games i might be missing out on. I saw Far Cry 4 for cheap (14$) which started a small dive into more "end generation" xbox 360 games I might have overlooked; either because they were rare or too expensive at the time. I had already played FC3 and the reviews said that 4 was more of the same.

So here are the stuff I picked up in July;

* Far Cry 4 (2014) - $14 (amazon) - more far cry 3

By mid month I was watching a yt video (on shaky cams) in which i saw a clip of Kane and Lynch 2 (2010) (4 hours to beat?) which made it seem unique enough to pick it up - just for the experience. 12$ for 4 hours seems like a good deal. I had looked at KL before but skipped it for some reason i cant remember. Luckily for me it popped up for cheap($12 loose) on TVGC. I pickup some other random bits as well because you know.

I originally was only gonna be KL2DD but TVGC's buy 2 under 10$, get 1 free was too tempting so I bought 7 loose discs;

* Mass Effect 2 (2010)(loose) - $3.00 - finished 3 so why not?
* LEGO Movie Videogame(2014)(loose) - $6.00 - some local co-op?
* Dragon's Dogma(2012)(loose) - $6.00 - seems interesting
* The Evil Within(2014)(loose) - $8.00 - horror?
* Midnight Club Los Angeles(2008)(CIB)(bad disc, plays but does not install ) - $9.00 - driving
* Fable II(2008)(loose) - $10.00 - is it any good?
* Kane & Lynch 2 Dog Days(2010)(loose) - $12.00 - shaky cam. the whole reason I jumped on this purchase.

Shipping cost $11.00

I am not sure how many xbox 360 games I now own but I sure it has got to be 60+. Buying "Disc only" games really makes it easy build up a nice collection that can be stored in a small space. I should have bought them all as loose discs.

In other news Sony announced that it will stop printing disks in 2028. Gamers are up in arms while I am here buying 15 year old game discs. I dont know how it will be in the digital wasteland future but i hopefully ps4 games wont go up in price before I get to play them.

Dont even tell me about digital sales. Sales are chaotic + digital stores are parasitic. Either way who knows what the future will bring.
