I forgot exactly was mixed to make the dip but anyway you slice up the sweet potato and you dip it in a mixture of flour and stuff and you fry it to a crisp. Delicious sweetness goes straight to the head.

Restaurant - Jolly's Portmore
one is steamed snapper fish and the other is fried. Taste was delicious, way
better than Gloria's in Port Royal.
