I dn't even remember where this place is on the world map but dis rice must be real good, especially since its extra fancy!

Gods Child commented: This is the only rice to serve when you make Thai style curry. (One whole can of coconut milk is my secret weapon) you do it like this: simmer a little bit of curry powder in oil in, say, a dutch pot. Then add sugar and salt, and vegetables like chopped onions, sliced red and green peppers, and eggplant (garden egg) if you have it. Remove when just cooked. Then add about 1 pound sliced chicken breast. Sautee. Then add one whole can of coconut milk. Simmer for a while. I don't know, like 20 minutes. Then add back the vegetables. Keep it uncovered so the whole thing can boil down. If you can get fresh basil, add it (a handful) about five minutes before you turn off the fire. Serve over that rice. Fry Chicken, rice and Peas?

I bought fry chicken at Utech and is the worst fried chicken I have had the torture of eating. NOT A SINGLE GRAIN PEAS INNA DI RICE! I have no idea how the rice even brown, must be food colouring. I should have expected shadyness when the lunch lady asked me if I wanted chicken leg or RIB. WTF IS RIB?
