I got some questions for you... Does anybody have the answer?
What is the most romantic thing you have done this year? This century? Ever? Would you say you are a romantic person, and why? Is there still a place for romance in the world today?
Now, you should be detailed in your answers so the younger heads can learn...

I haven't done anything romantic this year...sheeit, I've barely been on a date, much less something romantic.
I think this century and ever would fall into the same category, since I've only been alive one century (although I'm convinced, due to my extraordinary fear of lizards, that I was a fly in another life)...I surprised First Love for his birthday. Flew to his city, rented a hotel room, brought him roses (all the way from NYC), put on some lingerie (I never wear the stuff) and ROCKED HIS WORLD. Hehe.
Whether I'm a romantic person or not really depends on the dude I'm with, but I'd say for the most part I am.
There's always a place in the world for romance. People tend to think that the grander the gesture, the more romantic it is...it's really the little things that I find romantic.

This year myself and then partner made Valentines gifts instead of buying. It was our first one together and the thought of money bought gifts had exhausted itself. I made him a big gay looking card with different things he could do with his finger (smirk), jokes he would like etc. He made a message in a bottle thingy with oil sitting a top water. It was the most romantic and nicest thing i've ever gotten. In the past, i did the nude and coat thing and showed up at 1 in the morning had monkey sex and then left without a trace. Another time i played rapist and did a kidnapping...the list goes on. However i don't think romance is dead, it's just taken a different form. But its still out there and i'm a fan.

Hmmmm. Like Simple my romanticness is dictated by the person I'm with. The last very romantic thing that I did was while I was a student in the UK - about 2002. I've had two boyfriends since that but they didn't bring out the romantic side too much.
Anyhoo, was seeing this dude from the Bahamas who was also a student at my university.
I used to give him my home-made 'Gela facial'. Yep, even use to use out my hard-to-get Jencare milk mask (that was sent to me from Ja from my friends) on his face. Oh, also taped myself singing some corny love song and email it to him. And then bawled crocodile tears when he went back home. Gosh I was such a silly sod! Can I tell you, he didn't deserve all that. Chuuups.
Isn't it sad that the last romantic action was from 2002? Gosh.

Somehow, when you said "Gela facial" I got a whooooooooooole 'nother impression. If you hadn't mentioned the Jencare mask, I'd have still been thinking crass things. LOL. Thanks for clearing that up (no pun intended).
