    To be a couch potato and live longer, you have to eat stronger.

  2. Eating healthy is the way to go. A good balanced meal helps your body to perform better, and helps you to live longer. the problem is not so much what a person eats, it how much the person eats and the amount of physical activity the person does. My advice, is eat what you want in moderation and exercise regularly.
