Box food in Jamaica is really inconsistent. You either like it or you dont. Sometimes its good, sometimes the rice is dry, sometimes you get too much rice, too much gravy, wrong cut, too few red peas. Its choas.

Pizza is like cheese on bread, its good on the first bite but you cannot have too much.

In the hills of Manchester. It went from a sunny morning to dense fog in the evening. Took a lot of planning to get there but it was a fun experience. I am always impressed with being able to cook this much food in large pots without messing up.
