It's hard to keep these this working in Jamaica. Even when they do work you get problems like this where the jets or the wind blows the water over onto the path. Not sure if it is a design fault.

I'm still not even sure what it is really but with it bright red pigment and the fact that it is open on the tree are NOT GOOD signs better go eat some termites. Belize.
