  1. The pair of black stiletto boots that I've had since 2001. I've spent more money reheeling them than they cost. One foot has a big tear on the top, and the other foot has a hole in the toe. But I just wear them with long flared pants and black socks, and no one knows the difference.

    Why can't I throw them away? Because they're comfortable stilettos and that in itself is an oxymoron.

  3. I have a pair of low cut boots that I have had for about 4 years now and it looks like it has seen better days. It's comfy and I just haven't found one to replace it.

  4. I also have a pair of brown low cut boots that the mildew got to once or twice. I've only had them 4 years now and every time I think I'm throwing them away I give them a good cleaning and wear them again. They are perfect for those in-between rainy days when you don't want to ruin your better shoes.
