Yes, it's a great time to buy in the financial markets. If you went to Macy's and they were having a big sale, wouldn't you get some things at 1/2 off? Same concept. :)

I dunno nudding about buying real estate, but I presume that if you have the capital and can come up with the ridiculous downpayments they want now, then it would be a pretty good time to buy property as well.

I find it strange when people don't have dates on the things they write. But complexity however you define it often increases with lines of code. You start with a single line and every line you add after that is added complexity.
I wouldn't recommend a strategy because often times the only way to solve a problem (in a short space of time) is by writing a 300 lines of code with bad variable names and "on the fly" arrays. website:

If you think the market has corrected and you have the capital to withstand additional substantial fall then now might be a good time. If you are poor like myself you don't try to predict the market. I would say in this case follow don't lead. Let the big boys (sharks) call the shots and stay behind them if you are a mere fish. You know what they say bout sharks eating the fish. The market will start moving once they decided.
